Mr. Nottingham started training in Kara-Ho-Kempo
at 12 years of age, later training in American Kenpo and receiving
his Black Belt. After moving Mr. Nottingham started to train
and learn anything he could get his hands on, wanting to learn
everything. He trained in and received black belts in several
more arts listed above but also trained in Aikido, escrima, Judo,
Jiu-Jitsu, Goju-Ryu, and became certified in Chanbarra. After
training in multiple arts Mr. Nottingham wanted to combine
his skills and teach separately various arts so that
people could pick what fit there mind or learn a wide skill set.
Mr. Nottingham has won numerous
medals and awards, but that doesn’t mean anything to
him. Mr. Nottingham's reward is that he has produced several
state champions and changed countless lives, those are his proudest
achievements.

Mrs. Nottingham first started the martial arts
when her oldest son begged her to let him take martial arts
when they first moved back to Texas from California. Mrs. Nottingham
signed both her boys up to start classes and after
watching several of the other moms participate as students in
the martial arts, she decided I to join
in.
We were enjoying the benefits
of martial arts as a family. Mrs. Nottingham's and her boys
have continued to enjoy Tae Kwon Do. Mrs. Nottingham has also
started learning American Kenpo and Brazilian Jiu
Jitsu.
As a CPA, Mrs. Nottingham enjoys assisting her
husband managing Abilene Mixed Martial Arts. Mrs. Nottingham also
enjoys sharing responsibility for teaching the Little Ninjas
and beginning Tae Kwon Do classes.
